Biography
Kristyna Markova is a service designer and industry mentor working at the intersection of design, business & technology. As a Service Design Manager at Avast Software, she works with teams to create innovative products and services. In the past, she led Product Discovery team in Avast Software where she was responsible for product strategy for companies like AT&T and Verizon. Kristyna graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague and has lived in the US, and UK while working on projects in healthcare, virtual reality, fintech, privacy and security. Her interests in design and technology intersect with a curiosity about architecture, ethics, and sustainability. She is passionate about design & people and one of her missions is to empower more women into technology and help connect the gaps between design and business. Originally from Prague, Czech Republic, currently living in Zurich, Switzerland.
