Tentang solusi ini

Membuat PDF secara otomatis dengan informasi dari sheet dalam spreadsheet Google Spreadsheet. Setelah PDF dibuat, Anda dapat mengirimkannya melalui email langsung dari Spreadsheet. Solusi ini berfokus pada pembuatan invoice kustom, tetapi Anda dapat memperbarui template dan skrip sesuai kebutuhan.

Cara kerjanya

Skrip ini menggunakan sheet Template invoice sebagai template untuk membuat PDF. Informasi diambil dari sheet lain untuk mengisi sel tertentu pada template. Untuk mengirim email ke PDF, skrip akan melakukan iterasi di sheet Invoices untuk mendapatkan link PDF dan alamat email terkait. Skrip ini membuat subjek dan isi email umum, serta melampirkan PDF sebelum mengirimnya.

Layanan Apps Script

Solusi ini menggunakan layanan berikut:

  • Layanan spreadsheet–Menyediakan semua informasi untuk membuat PDF invoice dan membuat email. Menghapus data dari template saat pengguna mengklik Reset template di menu kustom.
  • Layanan utilitas–Menjeda skrip dengan metode sleep() saat melakukan iterasi pada setiap pelanggan untuk membantu memastikan informasi yang benar ditambahkan ke setiap invoice.

Prasyarat

Untuk menggunakan sampel ini, Anda memerlukan prasyarat berikut:

Menyiapkan skrip

  1. Klik tombol berikut untuk menyalin spreadsheet Buat dan kirim PDF dari Google Spreadsheet. Project Apps Script untuk solusi ini dilampirkan pada spreadsheet.

  2. Klik Ekstensi > Apps Script.

  3. Dalam file Code.gs, perbarui variabel berikut:

    1. Tetapkan EMAIL_OVERRIDE ke true.
    2. Setel EMAIL_ADDRESS_OVERRIDE ke alamat email Anda.

Jalankan skrip:
