Bu çözüm hakkında

Google Formlar'dan otomatik olarak geri bildirimlere yönelik taslak e-posta yanıtları oluşturun. Bu çözüm, öğrencilerden gelen kurs geri bildirimlerine odaklanır ancak bunu Google Formlar aracılığıyla geri bildirim aldığınız herhangi bir kullanım alanına uygulayabilirsiniz.

İşleyiş şekli

Komut dosyası, kullanıcının her form gönderme işleminde çalışan etkinliğe dayalı bir tetikleyici yükler. Her form gönderiminde, komut dosyası Gmail'de bir e-posta taslağı oluşturur. E-posta, formu gönderen kişiye yöneliktir ve form yanıtlarını ve genel bir teşekkür mesajını içerir. E-postayı göndermeden önce de düzenleyebilirsiniz.

Apps Komut Dosyası hizmetleri

Bu çözüm aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır:

Komut dosyası hizmeti: Bir kullanıcı form gönderdiğinde tetiklenen etkinliğe dayalı tetikleyiciyi yükler.
E-tablo hizmeti: Form yanıtlarını Gmail'e gönderir.
Gmail hizmeti: Teşekkür mesajı ve form yanıtlarıyla e-posta taslağı oluşturur.

Ön koşullar

Komut dosyasını çalıştırma

Form yanıt aracı > Otomatik taslak yanıtları etkinleştir'i tıklayın. Bu özel menünün görünmesi için sayfayı yenilemeniz gerekebilir.
İstendiğinde komut dosyasını yetkilendirin. OAuth izin ekranında Bu uygulama doğrulanmadı uyarısı gösteriliyorsa Gelişmiş'i seçerek devam edin > {Project Name} adlı projeye git (güvenli değil).
Form yanıt aracı > Otomatik taslak yanıtları etkinleştir'i tekrar tıklayın.
Araçlar > Formu yönet > Canlı forma git'i tıklayın.
Formu doldurun ve Gönder'i tıklayın.
Gmail'i açıp taslaklarınızı kontrol edin. Form yanıtını içeren yeni bir taslağınız olmalıdır.
