Bu çözüm hakkında

Google Workspace'te çalışırken kuruluşunuzda ortak çalışma yaptığınız kullanıcılarla ilgili e-posta, telefon numarası ve departman gibi bilgileri gösterir. Gmail iletilerini yanıtlarken, bir Google Drive dosyasını düzenlerken veya Google Takvim etkinliklerini görüntülerken bu bilgileri görüntüleyebilirsiniz.

İşleyiş şekli

Komut dosyası, e-posta adreslerini etkin ileti, dosya veya etkinlikten alır. Bağlama bağlı olarak, Gmail ileti alıcıları, Drive dosya düzenleyicileri ve Takvim etkinliği katılımcıları buna dahil olabilir. Komut dosyası yalnızca kuruluşunuzdaki e-posta adreslerine ait bilgileri gösterir.

Apps Komut Dosyası hizmetleri

Bu çözüm aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır:

• Admin SDK Directory gelişmiş hizmeti - Directory API'yi kullanan kişileri arar.
• Temel hizmet - E-posta adreslerinin filtrelenmesine yardımcı olmak ve mevcut kullanıcıyı arama sonuçlarında göstermemek için Oturum sınıfı'nı kullanır.
• Önbellek hizmeti - Directory API'de tek bir kişi aranırken ilk olarak önbellekte arama yapar.
• Takvim hizmeti - Bağlam bir Takvim etkinliğiyse etkin etkinlikten e-posta adresleri alır.
• Kart hizmeti: Eklentinin kullanıcı arayüzünü oluşturur.
• Drive hizmeti: Bağlam bir Drive dosyasıysa, kullanıcının etkin dosyada görüntüleme izni olması halinde ortak çalışanların e-posta adreslerini alır.

Henüz açık değilse bu örnek için kullanmayı düşündüğünüz Cloud projesini açın:

1. Google Cloud konsolunda Proje seçin sayfasına gidin.

2. Kullanmak istediğiniz Google Cloud projesini seçin. Alternatif olarak Proje oluştur'u tıklayıp ekrandaki talimatları da uygulayabilirsiniz. Bir Google Cloud projesi oluşturursanız proje için faturalandırmayı etkinleştirmeniz gerekebilir.

Admin SDK API'yi etkinleştirme

Bu hızlı başlangıç kılavuzu, Admin SDK API'ye erişen Admin SDK API Directory gelişmiş hizmetini kullanır.

Google API'lerini kullanmadan önce bunları bir Google Cloud projesinde etkinleştirmeniz gerekir. Tek bir Google Cloud projesinde bir veya daha fazla API etkinleştirebilirsiniz.

Cloud projenizde Admin SDK API'yi etkinleştirin.

API'yi etkinleştirme

OAuth izin ekranını yapılandırın

Google Workspace eklentileri için izin ekranı yapılandırması gerekir. Eklentinizin OAuth izin ekranının yapılandırılması, Google'ın kullanıcılara neleri göstereceğini tanımlar.

1. Google Cloud konsolunda Menü > API'ler ve Hizmetler > OAuth izin ekranı'na gidin.

2. Kullanıcı türü için Dahili'yi seçin ve Oluştur'u tıklayın.
3. Uygulama kayıt formunu doldurun, ardından Kaydet ve Devam Et'i tıklayın.

4. Şimdilik kapsam eklemeyi atlayıp Kaydet ve Devam Et'i tıklayabilirsiniz. Gelecekte Google Workspace kuruluşunuzun dışında kullanmak için bir uygulama oluşturduğunuzda Kullanıcı türü'nü Harici olarak değiştirmeniz ve uygulamanızın gerektirdiği yetkilendirme kapsamlarını eklemeniz gerekir.

5. Uygulama kaydı özetinizi inceleyin. Değişiklik yapmak için Düzenle'yi tıklayın. Uygulama kaydı sorunsuz görünüyorsa Kontrol Paneline Dön'ü tıklayın.

Apps Komut Dosyası projesini oluşturma

1. Ekipler listesi Apps Komut Dosyası projesini açmak için aşağıdaki düğmeyi tıklayın.
   Projeyi açın

2. Genel Bakış'ı tıklayın.

3. Genel bakış sayfasında Kopya oluştur'u tıklayın.

Cloud proje numarasını kopyalayın

1. Google Cloud konsolunda Menü > IAM ve Yönetici > Ayarlar'a gidin.

   IAM ve Yönetici Ayarları'na git

2. Proje numarası alanına değeri kopyalayın.

Apps Komut Dosyası projesinin Cloud projesini ayarlayın

1. Kopyalanan Apps Komut Dosyası projenizde Proje Ayarları'nı tıklayın.
2. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Project (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Projesi) bölümünde Change project (Projeyi değiştir) seçeneğini tıklayın.
3. GCP proje numarası alanına Google Cloud proje numarasını yapıştırın.
4. Proje ayarla'yı tıklayın.

Test dağıtımı yükleme

1. Kopyalanan Apps Komut Dosyası projenizde Düzenleyici'yi tıklayın .
2. Code.gs dosyasını açın ve Çalıştır'ı tıklayın. İstendiğinde komut dosyasını yetkilendirin.
3. Dağıt > Dağıtımları test et'i tıklayın.
4. Yükle > Bitti'yi tıklayın.

Komut dosyasını çalıştırma

1. Bir Gmail iletisi, Takvim etkinliği veya Drive dosyası açın.
2. Sağ kenar çubuğunda Ekip Listesi eklentisini açın.
3. İstenirse eklentiyi yetkilendirin.
4. Eklenti, ekip üyeleri hakkındaki bilgileri gösterir veya iletinin, etkinliğin ya da dosyanın hiçbir ekip üyesi olmadığını belirtir.
5. Ekip üyelerini bulmak için Kişi arayın'ı tıklayın ve bir ad veya e-posta adresi girin. Ara'yı tıklayın.
