Method: operations.get

  • This method retrieves the latest state of a long-running operation, allowing clients to poll for results.

  • It uses an HTTP GET request with the operation name specified in the path parameter.

  • The request body should be empty, and a successful response will contain an Operation object.

  • Authorization requires one of the listed OAuth scopes related to Google Chat or Google Meet.

Gets the latest state of a long-running operation. Clients can use this method to poll the operation result at intervals as recommended by the API service.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

The name of the operation resource.

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.
