Sử dụng bộ sưu tập để sắp xếp ngăn nắp các trang

Nếu không muốn người dùng sử dụng ứng dụng Google Chat của bạn nữa, bạn có thể tắt ứng dụng Chat, huỷ xuất bản ứng dụng trên Google Workspace Marketplace hoặc xoá dự án trên Google Cloud được liên kết với ứng dụng đó.
Tắt ứng dụng Chat
Để tắt ứng dụng Chat, hãy cập nhật trạng thái ứng dụng trong Google Cloud Console. Những thay đổi này sẽ có hiệu lực ngay lập tức. Khi ứng dụng Chat bị tắt, người dùng sẽ không thể sử dụng ứng dụng này trong Google Chat nữa, nhưng vẫn có thể tìm thấy ứng dụng. Ứng dụng Chat có vẻ như đang ở trạng thái ngoại tuyến. Ứng dụng Chat vẫn có trong Google Workspace Marketplace, nhưng người dùng mới không thể cài đặt ứng dụng Chat.
Để tắt một ứng dụng Chat, hãy làm như sau:
Trong bảng điều khiển Google Cloud, hãy chuyển đến Trình đơn menu> API và Dịch vụ
> API và Dịch vụ đã bật
> Google Chat API
> Cấu hình.
Nếu bạn muốn bật lại ứng dụng Chat, hãy thay đổi trạng thái thành Đang hoạt động – người dùng có thể sử dụng. Những người dùng đã cài đặt ứng dụng của bạn trước đó sẽ lấy lại được quyền truy cập.
Huỷ xuất bản ứng dụng của bạn khỏi Google Workspace Marketplace
Nếu ứng dụng Chat của bạn đã được xuất bản lên Google Workspace Marketplace và bạn không muốn ứng dụng đó xuất hiện công khai, được cung cấp cho miền của bạn hoặc được cung cấp cho quản trị viên Google Workspace nữa, hãy xem phần Huỷ xuất bản trang thông tin ứng dụng.
Sau khi bạn huỷ xuất bản, trang thông tin ứng dụng của bạn sẽ không còn xuất hiện trên Google Workspace Marketplace hoặc trong Google Chat nữa và những người dùng đã cài đặt ứng dụng của bạn sẽ không truy cập được vào ứng dụng đó nữa. Ứng dụng vẫn có thể truy cập được đối với bất kỳ ai có tên trong mục Chế độ hiển thị trong thẻ Cấu hình của Google Chat API trong Google Cloud Console.
Nếu bạn xuất bản lại ứng dụng, những người dùng từng cài đặt ứng dụng của bạn sẽ lấy lại quyền truy cập.
Xoá dự án trên đám mây
Để xoá vĩnh viễn ứng dụng Chat, hãy xoá dự án trên Đám mây được liên kết với ứng dụng của bạn. Bạn không cần phải huỷ xuất bản ứng dụng Chat khỏi Google Workspace Marketplace hoặc tắt ứng dụng Chat trước. Để biết thêm thông tin, hãy xem phần Tắt (xoá) dự án.
Bạn không thể sử dụng dự án trên Cloud và ứng dụng Chat này, đồng thời dự án và ứng dụng này sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn sau 30 ngày.
