使用 Google Wallet API（以下简称“API”）在 Google 钱包中提供会员卡、登机牌、活动门票和其他对象（以下简称“钱包对象”），即表示您同意遵守 Google API 服务条款（以下简称“API 服务条款”）以及这些条款。对于这些条款中未定义的任何术语，其定义应以《API 服务条款》中规定的定义为准。如果这些条款与 API 服务条款中的条款有任何不一致，应以这些条款为准。
内容政策
您不得将 API 用于以下用途：(1) 宣传或协助从事非法交易或销售/交换任何非法或违禁商品或服务，或 (2) 违反使用限制政策。Google 可能会根据其条款不时更新《使用限制政策》，此类更新将自动纳入这些条款的一部分。
如果您是代表其他方（包括任何第三方品牌特征）向 Google 提交内容的集合商家，则您声明并保证，您已获得这些第三方的授权，并拥有向 Google 授予“API 服务条款”中所述的“使用此类内容的许可”所需的所有权利。对于通过此 API 提交的任何内容，您需对 Google 全权负责。
最终用户信息
您可能会通过该 API 收到与最终用户相关的信息（可能包括个人数据），例如表明最终用户已添加、激活、使用或移除电子钱包对象的信号。您在使用收到的任何信息时，都必须遵守您的隐私权政策、数据安全政策、最终用户的条款及条件以及适用法律。
除了通过该 API 提交内容之外，在某些情况下，您还可以通过该 API 提交与 Wallet 对象相关的信息（可能包括个人数据），例如为了方便 Google 生成此类 Wallet 对象。Google 可能会遵循我们的隐私权政策以及任何针对最终用户的适用条款，使用您提交的信息为最终用户提供和改进产品和服务。对于通过该 API 提交的任何信息，即表示您声明并保证：(i) 您拥有必要的权利（包括最终用户向您授予的任何必要权利），可以出于本协议规定的目的提交此类信息；并且 (ii) 您提交此类信息符合所有适用法律，包括数据隐私权法。
钱包物品
您将采取所有商业上合理的措施，确保您的电子钱包对象（即根据您通过 API 提交的内容和/或信息生成的电子钱包对象）保持最新状态，并且在展示时最终用户能够接受这些对象。在不限制上述规定的情况下，如果您的电子钱包对象要求由 Google 提交和缓存内容和/或信息，您应确保所提交的内容和信息是最新的，并且未与因使用、不活跃或欺诈等原因而被移除、暂停或取消的帐号或对象相关联；必要时，您需要重新提交任何此类内容或信息。如果您或 Google 发现您的电子钱包对象未及时更新或展示时未被接受，您应立即将此问题告知 Google（如果 Google 向您发出通知，应立即回复 Google），并将本着善意原则与 Google 合作，尽快解决该问题，从而最大限度地减少对最终用户的影响。Google 可自行决定暂停您的 Wallet Objects 和/或您对该 API 的访问权限，直到 Google 对您的 Wallet Object 对最终用户体验感到满意。
