Operator Configuration using Google ISP Portal
The Google ISP portal is where Google supports entry and updates to DPA
configurations for production environment. Operators can log into
[isp.google.com] and self-administer any additions or
updates.
- ASN/MCC/MNC: Operators to  provide their identifiers
- API URLs: These are the API endpoints for each service, CPID and Oauth
endpoints
- OAuth credentials: Client ID and access scope. Due to Google’s security
policy it is not possible to configure and update client secrets through the
ISP portal
