The UCP sandbox UI and certain advanced services, including
UCP checkout Management (UcpCheckoutManagement) and programmatic
service proposal management, require specific enablement requests before you can
activate them.
Prerequisites
Before submitting your enablement request, ensure you have completed the following:
- Created your organization's Google Cloud project and service account credentials.
- Completed developer registration using the Merchant API.
- Set up your test service provider account and test merchant account.
- Implemented and deployed your
test merchant's
.well-known/ucpprofile. - Implemented UCP checkout endpoints and order webhooks.
- Implemented a callback URI or subscribed to account notifications.
Submit enablement request
When your prerequisites are ready, open a support case using the UCP 3P dedicated support form to request enablement as a UCP checkout service provider.
The support team will request additional information in order to evaluate your request. Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Business and contact details:
- Primary technical contact email address.
- Service provider business name (matching your primary Merchant Center service provider account) and website URL.
- A

- Merchant Center account IDs (from your
test accounts setup):
- Production Provider ID (
{PROVIDER_ID}): Numeric ID of your main production Merchant Center service provider account. - Test Provider ID (
{TEST_PROVIDER_ID}): Numeric ID of your test Merchant Center service provider account for sandbox testing. - Mock standalone Merchant ID
(
{MOCK_MERCHANT_ID}): Numeric ID of your production mock standalone Merchant Center account for validation testing. - Test standalone Merchant ID
(
{TEST_MERCHANT_ID}): Numeric ID of your test standalone Merchant Center account for sandbox testing.
- Production Provider ID (
- Google Cloud and technical configuration:
- Google Cloud project IDs: All Google Cloud project IDs registered to your Provider ID used for production and test UCP API calls.
- Service account email addresses: The service accounts created in those Google Cloud projects (added as Admins to your production and test Merchant Center service provider accounts).
- Hosted UCP profile path: The well-known URL of your test
merchant's hosted technical profile (for example,
https://merchant.example.com/.well-known/ucp). - Endpoint and handshake readiness: Confirmation that you have
implemented your UCP checkout API endpoints, order lifecycle
webhooks, and account relationship handshake handling (callback URI or
ACCOUNT_SERVICE_CHANGEnotifications).
