Walkthrough: Associate Your Billing Account with a Reseller

Note: The Google Maps Platform Premium Plan is no longer available for sign up or new customers.

Customers: Follow the instructions on this page to associate your billing account with that of your reseller. This adds your account as a sub-billing account in your reseller's project. Note that your reseller must first grant you permission to do this.

  1. Log in to Google Cloud Console.

  2. Click the navigation menu in the upper-left corner of the page, and select Billing. Select the Billing page.

  3. In the top menu, click My Billing Account, then select Manage billing accounts from the drop-down menu. Select the Billing page.

  4. Click the My projects tab. Select the Billing page.

  5. Find your Premium project in the list, click the ellipsis , then select Change billing account.

  6. Select the billing account shared by your reseller, then, click SET ACCOUNT. Select the Billing page.

Your project is now linked to your reseller's billing account.

Optional step

If you have multiple SKUs (eg. Maps -INT, Maps-OEM) , multiple billing accounts have been created per SKU (eg. Billing account for Maps - INT, Billing account for Maps-OEM). We recommend consolidating these to use a single billing account.
