Permitted Use Cases

  • Asset Management: to analyze the physical characteristics, condition, and location of public or commercial infrastructure for asset management, planning, and maintenance purposes. Activities under this use case are limited to:

    (i) identifying the presence, location, and dimensions of static public or commercial infrastructure, including roadways, public utility infrastructure (e.g., utility poles, pole-mounted equipment, overhead wires, cables), signage, and green infrastructure ("Assets");

    (ii) assessing the physical condition, state of repair, or environmental context of Assets; and

    (iii) creating reports and datasets summarizing the findings from (i) and (ii).

  • Logistics and Delivery: to evaluate roadway, property access, and environmental characteristics necessary to optimize vehicle routing, parking, staging, and last-mile delivery operations (excluding any "High Risk Activities"). Activities under this use case are limited to:

    (i) identifying the following Attributes: presence, location, and dimensions of roadway and delivery path geometry (including widths, elevations, and dead ends), surface conditions, clearance limits, routing-specific signage, parking and vehicle staging availability, and physical access barriers; and

    (ii) creating reports and datasets summarizing the findings from (i).

  • Construction Planning: to evaluate and measure physical characteristics and environmental context of properties and public or commercial infrastructure to plan and optimize construction-related activities (such as material selection, equipment deployment, and site feasibility assessments). Activities are limited to:

    (i) identifying and measuring the following Attributes: presence, location, physical dimensions, clearances, and conditions of buildings, land, utility infrastructure, access pathways, and terrain features; and

    (ii) creating reports and datasets summarizing the findings from (i).
