對標籤執行單一作業 (建立、移除、更新)。

updateMask

string (FieldMask format)

FieldMask，可決定更新中會修改哪些資源欄位。

完整的逗號分隔名稱清單，範例："user.displayName,photo"。
聯集欄位 operation。Change 作業。operation 只能是下列其中一項：
create

object (Label)

建立作業：新標籤沒有資源名稱。
update

object (Label)

更新作業：標籤應具有有效的資源名稱。
remove

移除作業：要移除的標籤的資源名稱，格式如下：
