聯集欄位 operation。Change 作業。operation 只能是下列其中一項：
create

object (KeywordPlan)

建立作業：新關鍵字企劃書沒有資源名稱。
update

object (KeywordPlan)

更新作業：關鍵字企劃書應包含有效的資源名稱。
remove
