Union parameter owner. Required. Identifies the DV360 entity that owns the parent custom bidding algorithm. It can be either a partner or an advertiser. owner can be only one of the following:

The request body must include a `CustomBiddingAlgorithmRules` instance, and a successful request will return a newly created `CustomBiddingAlgorithmRules` instance in the response. Requests to update custom bidding algorithms assigned to line items will return an error after April 1, 2025.
