Section 1: Capitalized Terms
Any capitalized terms used but not defined below have the meanings assigned to
them in the API ToS.
Section 2: Authorized Users
Only Authorized Users may use the API. "Authorized Users" means an employee
of your company whom Google (a) has authorized to access and use the
Display & Video 360 API and (b) has provided a login to the Display & Video 360 API. All login
information that Google shares with you will be considered confidential
information. You will not share such login information with anyone other than
the original recipients at your company.
Section 3: Personally Identifiable Information
You will not, and will not assist or knowingly permit any third party to, pass
information through this API to Google that Google could use or recognize as
PII.
Section 4: Data Sharing
You hereby authorize the sharing of information from the Floodlight
configuration sent via the API under the "cmFloodlightConfigId" field to the
Display & Video 360 advertiser if you send 'true' for the
"cmFloodlightLinkingAuthorized" field for such Display & Video 360 advertiser via
the API.
You hereby authorize Google to use video creatives associated with a
Display & Video 360 advertiser to provide reporting and features related to such
Display & Video 360 advertiser's advertising campaigns if you send 'true' for the
"videoCreativeDataSharingAuthorized" field for such Display & Video 360
advertiser via the API.
Section 5: Ad badging, transparency, and reporting
You hereby attest that if you send 'true' for the "obaComplianceDisabled" field,
you are complying with applicable regulatory requirements for ads served in the
European Economic Area (EEA), where certain ads must include transparency
information and a mechanism for users to report illegal content, and that your
solution includes the required transparency information and illegal content
flagging mechanism, and that you notify Google of any illegal content reports
using the appropriate
form.
