Passionate about technology and innovation for the last twenty years, Selene Castilla has focused on the design of customer experiences through service design, innovation, and lean methodologies. In her current role, she envisions and orchestrates the design of digital financial services tailored to Latin-American people. She also coordinates the Strategic Design module for the Master in Internet Business and is recognized as a UX expert and certified Design Sprint facilitator by Google. Recently, Selene started collaborating with the Service Design Network chapter in Mexico. Following her passion, she founded the first UX school in Mexico City (grid.mx), where experts help people from different backgrounds to maximize their career opportunities.
