Risposte all'invio di moduli inviate da Gmail

Come funziona

Lo script installa un trigger basato su eventi che viene eseguito ogni volta che un utente invia un modulo. A ogni invio di un modulo, lo script crea una bozza di email in Gmail. L'email è indirizzata alla persona che ha inviato il modulo e include le risposte e un messaggio di ringraziamento generico. Puoi modificare l'email prima di inviarla.

Fai clic sul pulsante seguente per creare una copia del foglio di lavoro di esempio Rispondi al feedback. Il progetto Apps Script per questa soluzione è allegato al foglio di lavoro.

Esegui lo script

  1. Fai clic su Strumento di risposta a moduli > Attiva risposte bozza automatiche. Potresti dover aggiornare la pagina per visualizzare questo menu personalizzato.

  2. Quando richiesto, autorizza lo script. Se nella schermata per il consenso OAuth viene visualizzato l'avviso Questa app non è verificata, continua selezionando Avanzate > Vai a {Nome progetto} (non sicuro).

  3. Fai clic su Strumento di risposta tramite modulo > di nuovo Attiva risposte automatiche in bozza.

  4. Fai clic su Strumenti > Gestisci modulo > Vai a modulo pubblicato.

  5. Compila il modulo e fai clic su Invia.

  6. Apri Gmail e controlla le bozze. Dovresti avere una nuova bozza con la risposta del modulo.
