אפשר ליצור באופן אוטומטי טיוטות של תשובות באימייל למשוב מ-Google Forms. הפתרון הזה מתמקד במשוב מהתלמידים, אבל אפשר ליישם אותו בכל תרחיש לדוגמה שאתם מקבלים משוב עליו דרך Google Forms.

איך זה עובד

הסקריפט מתקין טריגר מבוסס-אירוע שפועל בכל פעם שמשתמש שולח טופס. בכל פעם שאתם שולחים טופס, הסקריפט יוצר טיוטה של הודעת אימייל ב-Gmail. האימייל ממוען לאדם ששלח את הטופס, והוא כולל את התגובות לטופס והודעת תודה כללית. תוכלו לערוך את הודעת האימייל לפני ששולחים אותה.

הגדרת הסקריפט

הרצת הסקריפט

  1. לוחצים על הכלי ליצירת תשובות לטופס > הפעלת טיוטות של תשובות אוטומטיות. ייתכן שתצטרכו לרענן את הדף כדי להציג את התפריט המותאם אישית.

  2. כשמוצגת בקשה, מאשרים את הסקריפט. אם במסך ההסכמה של OAuth מוצגת האזהרה האפליקציה הזו לא מאומתת, ממשיכים בלחיצה על מתקדם > מעבר אל {Project Name} (לא בטוח).

  3. לוחצים שוב על הכלי ליצירת תשובות לטפסים > הפעלת טיוטה אוטומטית של תשובות.

  4. לוחצים על כלים > ניהול טופס > מעבר לטופס פעיל.

  5. ממלאים את הטופס ולוחצים על שליחה.

  6. פותחים את Gmail ובודקים את הטיוטות. אמורה להיות לכם טיוטה חדשה עם התגובה לטופס.
