隐私权
广告数据中心可帮助您分析 (1) 您上传到 BigQuery 项目的数据；以及 (2) Google 的专有数据。
您不得：
尝试对 Google 报告的汇总数据进行分解；
尝试使用 Google 的专有数据来识别最终用户的身份；
尝试使用 Google 的专有数据来构建、修改或扩充用户画像，或者构建、修改或扩充受众群体名单，以用于经广告数据中心批准且通过广告数据中心官方界面正式支持的受众群体启用渠道所未允许的任何用途；或
在上传到 Google Cloud 项目的匹配表中使用 Google 可能会在上传到广告数据中心的任何匹配表中用作或识别为个人身份信息的标识符。
您须征得所有必要的同意，以确保允许处理您（或他人依照您的指示）通过广告数据中心向 Google 提供的数据；您还须维护和遵守公开的隐私权政策，并且这些政策需规定了您在使用广告数据中心的过程中收集、使用和分享数据的做法。
客户数据
在使用用户提供的数据匹配功能、任何可将数据上传到 Google 的广告数据中心功能，或广告数据中心内提供的任何受众群体启用功能时，您只能上传或以其他方式使用您（在适用情况下，也可能是您使用广告数据中心时所代表的客户）通过第一方环境收集的客户信息，即您从自家网站、应用、实体店收集的信息，或在客户直接与您分享信息的其他情况下收集的信息。
遵守所有适用法律法规，包括任何数据保护或隐私权法律，以及所有适用的自我监管条例或行业准则。若要出于广告用途（包括广告数据中心）将欧洲经济区内最终用户的个人数据发送到 Google，必须设置意见征求信号。此类意见征求信号必须包括就在所有 Google 服务中使用个人数据征得用户同意，如商家数据责任网站所示。
