개요
환불 흐름은 예치금 흐름 또는 송금 흐름을 통해 금액이 수령된 후 사용자에게 금액을 반환하는 데 사용됩니다. 결제 통합업체가 환불을 시작하는 데 사용되는 asynchronousRefund 메서드를 구현합니다. 환불의 최종 결과는 refundResultNotification 호출을 통해 Google로 반환됩니다.
환불 금액은 원래 캡처 금액과 같거나 그보다 적을 수 있습니다.
여러 부분 환불을 지원해야 합니다.
인수자 참조 번호
일반적으로 환불이 시작된 후 며칠 동안은 결제 통합업체가 ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)을 알 수 없습니다. 값을 알면 결제 통합업체가 Google에서 호스팅하는 setAcquirerReferenceNumberForRefundNotification를 호출하여 Google에 ARN을 제공해야 합니다. ARN을 이 트랜잭션과 연결하면 Google에서 이 트랜잭션과 관련된 분쟁 및 사기를 처리할 수 있습니다.
이 ARN은 캡처를 나타내는 ARN과 별개이며 다릅니다. 여러 번 환불이 처리되면 각각 고유한 ARN이 부여됩니다.
후속 작업
금액이 발급 은행으로 반환된 후에도 환불이 실패할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 자금이 입금되기 전에 고객의 계좌가 폐쇄된 경우 이러한 상황이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 환불을 취소할 수 있으며 자금은 reverseRefundNotification를 통해 Google로 반환됩니다.
