This issue is similar to invalid rating, but occurs under the following circumstances:
- A review has equal customer service min rating range and customer service max rating range.
- The review customer service rating doesn't fall between customer service min and customer service max values (inclusive) of the rating range.
To resolve this issue, apply the fix from invalid rating to the customer service rating.
