J2ObjC 有兩種整合方式：與具有獨立 make 檔案的外部建構專案，或為任何 Xcode 專案類型新增建構規則。外部建構的優點是，繼續使用現有的 Java 工具，例如支援錯誤檢查和重構的 IDE。建構規則的優點是，Java 來源是單一 Xcode 專案的一部分，而 Java 來源可在偵錯時使用。
另一種方法是將 JreEmulation Xcode 專案加入您自己的專案中。此版本可整合專案的版本與 JRE 模擬程式庫，因此兩者之間可共用建構設定。您也可以對 JRE 程式碼進行偵錯、檢測及分析。
