Newsletter subscriptions

You can subscribe or unsubscribe to HAI-DEF newsletters using the preferences form.

Security vulnerability reports

To report a security issue, use https://g.co/vulnz.

HAI-DEF uses g.co/vulnz for our intake, and does coordination and disclosure using the affected project's GitHub repository (including using GitHub Security Advisory). The Google Security Team responds within five working days of your report on g.co/vulnz.

Code of conduct violations

To report a violation of the HAI-DEF Code of conduct, email hai-def@google.com.

Feature requests

We welcome feature requests and want to know what's important to you or would help you be more successful.

To file a feature request, go to the GitHub repository for the project in question and create a new issue using the "Feature Request" template.

Bug reports

We also welcome bug reports! We want to remove friction and issues with using our projects.

To file a bug report, go to the GitHub repository for the project in question and create a new issue using the "Bug Report" template.

Public discussion

Use our staffed developer forum. This is the best place for technical questions, as a public discussion allows others to contribute and benefit from the conversation.

You can expect responses from both the wider community and the HAI-DEF team. While community responses may vary, the HAI-DEF team aims to address questions within a few business days, as noted in our Response time section. Asking questions publicly helps build a shared knowledge base, benefiting the community at large.

Private feedback

If the question is technical in nature and the answer can benefit the community at large, ask your questions in the public forum for us to answer. We recognize that there might be occasions where you'd like to ask questions related to business development, sensitive issues, or other topics that you'd prefer not to ask publicly. In this case, you can use the feedback form.

Third party partnerships

We're open to strategic third party partnerships where we can offer higher-touch support. Tell us about your use case using the feedback form.

Response time

For any communication channel, we aim to respond within a few business days.
