Pauline started out by studying photography and new media arts in Paris, then branched off towards interaction design at Gobelins School and ENSAD – the National Superior School of Decorative Arts.
She's been a UX designer for ten years, creating experiences for start-ups such as welovewords, and leading digital communication agencies like Uzik, Babel, Publicis, Mazarine and BETC. She's also worked for large telco companies, including Orange and O2 – and major cultural institutions, such as Réunion des Musées Nationaux, INA (audiovisual archives institute). For the past four years, she's been a UX engineer at Adobe.
Outside of Adobe, Pauline has set-up a co-working site – with a mission to drive innovation in the community through the UX approach. The community there is wide, and includes freelancers, agencies, corporates, students and startups. She also spends time tutoring students (at Gobelins, ESAG Penninghen, Paris-Est University); mentoring a few start-ups (at Welcome City Lab); being a UX trainer for various agencies (Babel, Ultranoir, HighCo); and as a UX evangelist within Adobe IT.
Pauline is also an artist, photographer and cartographer – and her work has received six international awards and been exhibited in Sydney, London, Venice, Seoul, Berlin, Paris, Kiev and New York (curated by the Whitney Museum and Biennale curator, Elisabeth Sussman).
