Marc is a product strategist, consultant and founder who has worked on consumer, enterprise and medical software products. He has founded three companies, and consulted for over 20, focusing on product, innovation, marketing and UX. These businesses range from small startups to big multinational corporations. Marc is also providing consultation to the German government on issues around the digital economy.
As a Google Expert, Marc helps startups find out what their potential customers really need, how to test for product-market fit early and how to develop for actual demand in the leanest way. Marc also helps evaluate whether the UX will fit the business purpose of the product, and whether the product marketing is correct. His extensive network provides customers, funding, publicity and talent.
In addition to working at his own companies and consulting for others, Marc delivers keynote presentations about innovation and product management; mentors startups; and commits himself to the development of the Berlin startup ecosystem. Marc studied business, marketing and communication sciences, and speaks German, English and French.
