Biography
Jerome is the co-founder and CTO at SnapEngage, a customer engagement and live chat solution. He is also a lead for GDG Berlin. Previously, he founded LjmSite, a developer of gadgets for the web, on the Google Gadget platforms such as iGoogle, Orkut and AdWords. He has been using the Google AppEngine Python since 2008, and AppEngine Java from early 2009.
