Biography
Cesar is an Android developer since 2009 when he released his first Android app, and later became a core Android developer of the famous and awarded productivity app, Wunderlist.
As an active persona in the Spanish-Android-scene, in 2010 he co-founded the first Android developers community located in Madrid (Spain), AndroidStartup.
Cesar is an active engager in software communities in order to share and increase knowledge. He is also a FLOSS (Free/Libre Open Source Software) expert, advocate, contributor, and educator on its benefits and drawbacks.
He is also an avid speaker, having presented in some of the most important Android/Mobile events along Europe and Africa.
