Why use the Data Manager API?

  • Unified integration: Send data to Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics, and Floodlight (Campaign Manager 360 and Search Ads 360) using a single API and consistent data schema instead of maintaining multiple product-specific APIs.

  • Privacy and security: Built-in support for Confidential Matching and client-side encryption.

  • Multi-source measurement: Supplement tag-based measurement by sending server-side conversion data with transaction IDs or click identifiers, strengthening ad interaction signals and conversion modeling.

  • The new standard for data integration: All future functionality, including improved diagnostics, encryption, and next-generation performance features will be launched exclusively on this platform.

Supported use cases

The Data Manager API supports two primary data integration types: audiences and events.
