This specification module outlines the Bluetooth requirements for audio peripherals.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This specification document is divided into two sections:
- Minimum requirements describe the criteria for a peripheral category to be compatible.
- Additional requirements describe the criteria for certification.

General Bluetooth Requirements

Along with the Minimum requirements, a peripheral MUST meet the following requirements to achieve certification:

For this section, the following terminology is used:
- HFP: Hands-Free Profile
- AG: Audio Gateway (ChromeOS)
- HF: Hands-Free device (Bluetooth headset)
If bluetooth device supports HFP, the following requirements apply:

- If HF wants to trigger a VC app (like Meet) microphone mute on AG, HF

AT+VGM=0to represent microphone mute, andAT+VGM=X X=[1-15]to represent microphone unmute. - When AG sends
