Meta modules

Meta modules are modules about other modules. They don't hold requirements directly, but link to other pages that do.
The Modular Spec Matrix refers the reader to the Spec Module Matrix page.
The Spec Module Matrix module contains a table that shows which spec modules are used in which ChromeOS Compatible peripherals specifications.
The Generic Peripheral module contains the snippet referencing the generic peripheral spec.
