Section 1: Capitalized Terms
Any capitalized terms used but not defined below have the meanings assigned to them in the API ToS.


Section 2: Authorized Users
Only Authorized Users may use the API. “Authorized Users” means an employee of your company whom Google (a) has authorized to access and use the Google Bid Manager API and (b) has provided a login to the Bid Manager API. All login information that Google shares with you will be considered confidential information. You will not share such login information with anyone other than the original recipients at your company.


Section 3: Personally Identifiable Information
You will not, and will not assist or knowingly permit any third party to, pass information through this API to Google that Google could use or recognize as PII.
