Thank you for using the Cost Data Import Sheets Add-on for Google
Analytics ("the Add-on"). Our commitment is to be transparent with
our practices and responsible with your data. This document
provides an overview of the privacy practices for this specific
tool. For the complete relevant terms for use of the Add-on, see
the Google Privacy Policy.
The Add-on's Privacy Practices at a Glance:
What We Access: To function properly, the Add-on needs your
permission to access your basic Google profile and edit your
active Google Sheet with the extracted data. It might also access
on your behalf aggregate campaign data (Cost, Clicks, Impressions)
from the third-party API.
How We Use It: Data is used only as required to provide the
Add-on's service — e.g., populating your sheet with the data you
request. We may use anonymized usage statistics (like error rates)
to make improvements to the Add-on service.
Where It's Stored: Your imported campaign data is stored
only in your own Google Sheet, under your control.
Authentication tokens are stored securely with your user account
for that specific document, not on central Google servers.
What We DON'T Do: We never use your imported campaign
data for advertising, ad targeting, or to benefit other customers.
Your Control: You are in full control. You can delete your
data by editing your sheet and can revoke the Add-on's access to
the third-party API at any time through your Google Account
settings or the third-party platform.
