Criar e atualizar cards interativos

Este guia explica como usar a API Google Chat para criar mensagens que contenham cards interativos em nome dos usuários, anexar cards a mensagens atuais e atualizar esses cards de forma assíncrona.

Criar e atualizar cards é útil quando você quer fazer o seguinte:

  • Postar um card que representa uma tarefa ou um recurso externo em nome de um usuário.
  • Anexe um card a uma mensagem do usuário para fornecer contexto ou fluxos de trabalho interativos.
  • Atualize o status do card (por exemplo, de "Em andamento" para "Concluído") com base em eventos externos, sem esperar a interação do usuário.
  • Atualizar o conteúdo de um card em uma mensagem do usuário, como uma prévia de link.

Criar uma mensagem de card em nome de um usuário

Para criar uma mensagem com cards em nome de um usuário, use a autenticação de usuário.

Para criar a mensagem, especifique o seguinte na sua solicitação:

  • O escopo de autorização chat.messages.create ou chat.messages.
  • O campo cardsV2 no recurso Message, que contém os dados do card.
  • O cardId de cada card, que é necessário para atualizações assíncronas.

Anexar cards a uma mensagem em nome de um usuário

Para anexar cards a uma mensagem em nome de um usuário, chame o método patch usando a autenticação do usuário.

Para anexar cards a uma mensagem, especifique o seguinte na sua solicitação:

  • O escopo de autorização chat.messages.
  • O name da mensagem a ser atualizada, no formato spaces/{space}/messages/{message}.
  • O updateMask definido como cards_v2. Ao atualizar uma mensagem com autenticação do usuário, cards_v2 precisa ser o único campo na máscara de atualização. Não é possível atualizar as mensagens text e cards_v2 na mesma solicitação.
  • O campo cardsV2 no recurso Message, que contém os dados do card.
  • O cardId de cada card, que é necessário para atualizações assíncronas subsequentes.

Atualizar cards de forma assíncrona

Depois de criar uma mensagem com cards ou anexar cards a uma mensagem existente, é possível atualizar os cards de forma assíncrona usando a autenticação do app. Isso permite que seu app atualize o conteúdo do card sem exigir interação do usuário. Somente o app Chat que adicionou o card à mensagem do usuário pode substituí-lo. Se um usuário editar o texto da mensagem, os cards de propriedade do app serão removidos, e seu app não poderá mais atualizá-los.

Quando os cards são atualizados de forma assíncrona, o Google Chat mostra um indicador Editado ao lado da atribuição do card para informar aos usuários que o conteúdo foi atualizado independentemente da mensagem.

Para atualizar os cards, chame o método replaceCards com o seguinte:

  • O escopo de autorização chat.bot.
  • O name da mensagem a ser atualizada.
  • A nova lista cardsV2. Isso substitui todos os cards atuais na mensagem. Se você fornecer uma lista vazia, os cards serão removidos. Se você remover todos os cartões, não poderá usar replaceCards para adicioná-los novamente. Em vez disso, use UpdateMessage com autenticação do usuário para anexar novos cartões.

Limitações

  • Ao criar ou atualizar mensagens com cards em nome de um usuário, o app Chat precisa ser participante do espaço. Esse requisito se aplica quando:

    Esse requisito é diferente de outras APIs que usam a autenticação do usuário, que normalmente não exigem que o app seja membro do espaço.

  • Ao atualizar uma mensagem com autenticação do usuário, se cards_v2 for especificado em updateMask, nenhum outro campo (como text) poderá ser atualizado na mesma solicitação.

  • O método replaceCards permite substituir e remover cards, e você pode adicionar outros durante a substituição. No entanto, não é possível adicionar cards a uma mensagem que ainda não tenha cards. Para anexar cards a uma mensagem que não tem cards, use UpdateMessage com autenticação do usuário.

  • Atribuição e propriedade do cartão:

    • Os cards anexados a uma mensagem do usuário são atribuídos e pertencem ao app do Chat que os anexou, conforme indicado pelo campo CardWithId.owner somente de saída.
    • O app Chat só pode substituir cards anexados a uma mensagem por ele mesmo, não por outros apps de chat.
  • Se um usuário editar o texto da mensagem, os cards de propriedade do app Chat serão removidos, e não será mais possível atualizá-los.
