By using this API, you consent to be bound by these terms in addition to the Google APIs Terms of Service ("API ToS") at https://developers.google.com/terms.

  1. Content Policy

You may not use the Save to Android Pay API: (1) to promote or facilitate an unlawful transaction or the sale or exchange of any unlawful or prohibited goods or services; (2) in connection with content or activities that are deceptive or fall under the Google Play Restricted Content categories; or (3) in any way that falsely suggests that your use of the Save to Android Pay API is endorsed by or associated with Google, or that is likely to damage or reduce Google’s goodwill or reputation. The Restricted Content categories may be updated by Google and such updates will be made a part of these terms.

  2. Submission of Content

The text under the "Submission of Content" heading in Section 5 of the API ToS will be deleted and replaced by the following:

Submission of Content. Some of our APIs allow the submission of content. Google may remove or refuse to display submitted content. Google does not acquire any ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content that you submit to our APIs through your API Client, except as expressly provided in these terms. By submitting, posting or displaying content to or from the APIs through your API Client, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works, communicate, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. However, Google will only use such content for purposes of enabling Google to provide and improve the APIs and Google services, tailor content for end users, and in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policies. Before you submit content to our APIs through your API Client, ensure that you have the necessary rights (including the necessary rights from your end users) to grant us the license. Content submitted by you may include your Brand Features or another party’s Brand Features (such as your customer’s Brand Features if you are an aggregator). You will indemnify, defend, and hold Google harmless from and against any third party claim arising from any content or data routed into the APIs by you.

  3. Brand Features; Attribution

Under the "Attribution" heading in Section 6 of the API ToS, the sentence "In using Google's Brand Features, you must follow the Google Brand Features Use Guidelines" will be deleted and replaced by the following:

"In using Google's Brand Features, you must follow the Google Brand Features Use Guidelines and the Android Pay Brand Guidelines."

  4. Aggregators

If you are an aggregator of content, you warrant that you are authorized to submit content to Google on behalf of other parties. You will be solely responsible to Google for any content submitted through the Save to Android Pay API.

  5. End User Information

In the event an end user chooses to share information with you through the Save to Android Pay API, your use of such information will be subject to your privacy policy, data security policy and terms and conditions. You will indemnify, defend, and hold Google harmless from and against any third party claim arising from your use of such information.
