Route Optimization API 不僅會找出最佳出貨順序,還會將這些貨物分配給車輛,以便在您管理的限制條件下,盡量降低成本。
在第一個範例中,車輛數量與貨運數量相符,且所有車輛共用相同的費用和地點屬性。每輛車都有每營運小時的成本和每行駛公里的成本,有助於盡量縮短行車時間和距離。你可能會預期系統會為多部車輛指派貨運,但範例回應顯示的是在指定成本模型參數下,成本最低的解決方案。

儘管車輛充足,但求解器只將所有貨物指派給一輛車,並略過一項貨物。這是因為營運額外車輛的成本過高,不划算,而且由於違規費用不高,任何車輛完成跳過的貨運都不具成本效益。即使車輛容量充足,一輛車也能以最具成本效益的方式完成所有指派的貨運。要求中的車輛未設定 usedIfRouteIsEmpty

變更成本參數,優先採用全球較短的解決方案,而非個別車輛路線較短的解決方案,會導致更多車輛參與解決方案。下一個範例要求會將 Vehicle.costPerHour
替換為全域 ShipmentModel.globalDurationCostPerHour
,優先考量總時間較短的解決方案,而非特定車輛的作業時間。shipment[1]
的違規費用也隨之提高,以降低遭略過的機率。

導致最佳化工具找到整體較短的解決方案:earliestVehicleStartTime
和 latestVehicleEndTime
之間的差異只有 18 分 54 秒,而不是先前回應中的 28 分 22 秒。不過,metrics.costs.model.vehicles.cost_per_kilometer
有所增加,反映出三輛車的總行駛距離變長。這說明成本模型如何讓您做出取捨:
- 增加全球時間成本:提高車輛使用率,盡量縮短整體完成時間,但會增加車輛行駛距離和運輸時間。
- 增加車輛時間成本:減少車輛使用率和運輸時間,但整體解決方案時間會較長。
請注意,本例中的 globalDurationCostPerHour
值 150.0 是根據先前範例中個別車輛的 costPerHour
值 50.0 設定,為後者的三倍。這個全域費用值實際上是假設這三輛車會同時運作,但在實際情況中,這類假設可能無法反映現實,甚至可能對結果品質造成負面影響。
如費用模型參數所述,所有費用參數都以相同的無因次單位表示,但意義可能大不相同。一般來說,費用模型參數值應盡可能貼近現實,因為人工費用 (如本例所示) 可能會導致 API 針對與您意圖不符的目標進行最佳化。
