Retrieves an offer with eligibility.
fetchPartnerEligibility GET /v1/offers:fetchPartnerEligibility
An unauthenticated version of FetchOfferEligibility that external partners can call to check if their manufactured device is eligible for an offer.
redeemOffer POST /v1/offers:redeemOffer
This API is called by external partners to signal that the user has accepted the terms of service for the offer. The partner calls this API after FetchPartnerOfferEligibility returns eligible to redeem the offer and receive an activation code.
