建議設定
- 在 CM360 中,為 Floodlight 設定接受強化轉換服務條款。
- 在網站中導入比對 ID。
- 記錄網站上發生的 Floodlight 轉換。請務必記錄下列所有欄位,因為這些是後續 API 呼叫的必要欄位:

正規化和雜湊
為保護隱私權,電子郵件地址、電話號碼、名字、姓氏和街道地址必須先使用 SHA-256 演算法進行雜湊處理,才能上傳。為了使雜湊處理結果標準化,在對其中任何值進行雜湊處理前,您必須先完成下列事項:
- 移除開頭或結尾的空白字元。
- 將文字轉換為小寫。
- 根據 E164 標準設定電話號碼格式。

常見錯誤
使用使用者 ID 強化轉換時,可能會遇到下列錯誤:
- 欄位 hashed_X 不是有效的 SHA-256 雜湊
- 所有以雜湊為前置字元的欄位,只接受以十六進位編碼的 SHA-256 雜湊。
- 欄位 country_code 的長度有誤
country_code必須剛好為 2 個字母。- Floodlight 設定尚未簽署強化轉換服務條款
- 您尚未接受要求中 Floodlight 設定 ID 的《強化轉換服務條款》。
- 指定的使用者 ID 超過五個
- 一個轉換最多只能有 5 個使用者 ID。
常見問題
- 為什麼建議使用比對 ID?
- 根據點擊 ID 進行編輯時,系統會排除點擊前未發生的轉換,並限制強化轉換整合的價值。
- 為什麼要記錄數量和價值?
- CM360 離線轉換 API 必須指定數量和價值。
- 如要編輯線上代碼式轉換,是否需要取得 Google 記錄的確切微秒時間戳記?
- 如果是以相符 ID 為準的編輯,只要要求中提供時間戳記與 Google 記錄的時間戳記相差 1 分鐘內,API 現在都會接受編輯。
- 為什麼線上代碼擷取轉換後,我需要等待 90 分鐘才能進行強化?
