create リクエストを使用して、適切なアクセス権を持つ新しいユーザーを作成します。

注: 既存のユーザーがすでに使用しているメールアドレスでユーザーを作成できます。既存のユーザーにアクセスできる場合、リクエストはエラーを返します。既存のユーザーにアクセスできない場合でも、リクエストはエラーを返しません。代わりに、新しいユーザーロールが既存のユーザーに追加されます。

一連の広告主様に対して標準ユーザーロールを持つ新しいユーザーを作成する方法は次のとおりです。
