This guide explains how to set up a Display & Video 360 API integration. Once set up, you'll be able to use it to send API requests to create and retrieve a Display & Video 360 line item.
This guide assumes you've used the Display & Video 360 UI and are familiar with the product.
Prerequisites
Before starting with the Display & Video 360 API:
- Create a Google Account. You need a Google account to create a project in the Google Cloud Console. You can use an existing account or create a new one.
- Get access to Display & Video 360. You need access to Display & Video 360 to use the API. If your organization has access to Display & Video 360, ask an existing Admin user to create a user profile for your Google Account(s). These user profiles need Admin, Standard, or Read only permissions for the necessary partners or advertisers. If your organization doesn't have access to Display & Video 360, contact our sales team.
- Try Display & Video 360. If you haven't used Display & Video 360, try navigating the UI. Become familiar with the product before starting to code.
