You can get YouTube & Partners resources and their related targeting using the Display & Video 360 API. You can't use the API to create or update them. You must use the Display & Video 360 UI to manage YouTube & Partners resources.

Line items
YouTube & Partners line items have line item type values that use the prefix
LINE_ITEM_TYPE_YOUTUBE_AND_PARTNERS_.
Settings specific to YouTube & Partners line items are in the
youtubeAndPartnersSettings field.
Ad groups and ads
AdGroup and AdGroupAd resources under YouTube & Partners
line items are YouTube & Partners resources.
A YouTube & Partners line item can have multiple ad groups under it. Each ad group has its own additional targeting and bidding strategy. Each ad group can have multiple ads of the same ad format. Each ad has its own creative information and list of tracking URLs.
Structured Data File upload
You can't create or update YouTube & Partners resources using the Display & Video 360 API, but you can by uploading Structured Data Files (SDFs). Upload SDFs through the Display & Video 360 UI to create and update YouTube & Partners line items, ad groups, and ads in bulk.
These resources are set in SDF through the Line Item, Ad Group, and Ad file formats.
Use the Display & Video 360 API to generate and download SDFs. Each row in an SDF is a resource. Edit rows to make changes to resources and add new rows to build new resources. Upload updated files through the Display & Video 360 UI.
