Guide de démarrage rapide: module complémentaire pour Google Docs

Effectuez les étapes décrites dans la suite de cette page. En cinq minutes environ, vous aurez créé un module complémentaire Google Docs qui traduit le texte d'une barre latérale.

Configuration

  1. Créez un document Google Docs.
  2. Dans votre nouveau document, sélectionnez l'élément de menu Extensions > Apps Script. Si un écran de bienvenue s'affiche, cliquez sur Blank Project (Projet vide).
  3. Renommer Code.gs en translate.gs.
  4. Créez un fichier HTML en cliquant sur Ajouter un fichier > HTML. Nommez ce fichier sidebar (Apps Script ajoute automatiquement l'extension .html).
  5. Remplacez le contenu de translate.gs et de sidebar.html par le code ci-dessous.

  1. Cliquez sur Enregistrer .
  2. Cliquez sur Projet sans titre, nommez votre script "Traduire le guide de démarrage rapide", puis cliquez sur Renommer. Le nom du script est présenté aux utilisateurs finaux à plusieurs endroits, y compris dans la boîte de dialogue d'autorisation.

Essayer

  1. Revenez à votre document et actualisez la page.
  2. Après quelques secondes, un sous-menu Traduction rapide s'affiche sous le menu Modules complémentaires. (Si vous avez choisi un nom différent pour votre script, ce nom apparaît à la place.) Cliquez sur Modules complémentaires > Démarrage rapide de Google Traduction > Démarrer.
  3. Une boîte de dialogue s'affiche et vous indique que le script nécessite une autorisation. Cliquez sur Continuer. Une deuxième boîte de dialogue demande ensuite l'autorisation pour des services Google spécifiques. Lisez attentivement la notification, puis cliquez sur Autoriser.
  4. Une barre latérale s'affiche. Pour le tester, saisissez du texte dans votre document, puis sélectionnez-le et cliquez sur le bouton bleu Traduire. Pour remplacer le texte du document, cliquez sur Insérer.
