Google Ad Manager Video API

The Google Ad Manager Video API allows publishers to perform operations to their video content, such as updating the video metadata.

Service: admanagervideo.googleapis.com

The Service name admanagervideo.googleapis.com is needed to create RPC client stubs.

`ListAdBreaks`	API to list Ad Breaks within the live stream.

`UpdateVideoContent`	API to create new content or update its metadata if the content already exists in Ad Manager.
