PAL lets you collect signals to unlock Ad Exchange demand. To reduce latency, create a
NonceLoader instance on page load. For each DAI stream or individual ad
request, set the
[NonceRequest](https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/pal/ctv/reference/class/goog.ctv.pal.NonceRequest)
instance parameters relevant to your app, and call the loadNonceManager method.
To get the nonce string, call the NonceManager.getNonce() method. Add the nonce
to ad requests as the value for the "&paln" URL parameter.
