Server-guided ad insertion (SGAI) livestream events

All SGAI livestream events require you authenticate ad pod manifest requests.

For these livestream events, use the Pod resource authentication key EB08906075215AD341CE0EF959300C36E430BF6134FB12747D7DBE1DD475328C to generate an HMAC token for each ad break request for these livestream events.
