You can modify your account settings, add\nor remove users, update brand information and logos, and view and manage the\nmerchant information that you've submitted to Google via feeds and API updates.\n\nAccess issues\n-------------\n\nHere are a few troubleshooting steps to follow if you have any access issues\nwith the [Actions Center Partner Portal](https://actionscenter.google.com/):\n\n- Confirm that you're signed in with an account that has the correct access level.\n- Confirm that it's the only account you're signed in to. If you sign in with a different account and then use the Switch user feature to sign in to the approved Google Account, you can continue to have access issues.\n- Clear the browser cache and cookies.\n- Use an incognito or a private window in the browser.\n- Sign out of Google Accounts from all the browsers and sign in again with your Google Account.\n- Confirm that the [Google Workspace administrator](https://support.google.com/a/answer/181865#zippy=%2Cturn-services-on-or-off-for-users) has enabled the [Partner Dash](https://support.google.com/partnerdash/?hl=en).\n- If you're still unable to access, ask someone else from your company to open a case in [contact support](https://actionscenter.google.com/support/cases).
