線上服務是指完全透過託管平台在線上提供的服務，而且不需要客戶親自參與服務。以下列舉一些線上服務：
- 透過 Zoom 進行線上瑜珈課
- 透過 Google Meet 取得線上化妝大師課程
- 透過 Skype 線上配電影片的預估時間

線上服務導入
線上服務整合是現有「預約端對端」整合作業的外掛程式，且需要調整現有的實作項目。整體來說，變更項目包括：
- 動態饋給：在服務動態饋給中新增
type、VirtualSession、DirectMerchantPayment和CancellationPolicy(如果尚未新增) - 預訂伺服器：將 VirtualSessionInfo 新增至 CreateBooking 方法，將含有虛擬設定資訊的電子郵件傳送給使用者
- 即時更新 (現有行為)：透過 InventoryUpdate RTU 處理虛擬庫存的變更、透過 BookingNotification RTU 修改預訂，以及透過 Service RTU 對服務所做的變更

Real-time Updates (即時更新)
針對虛擬預訂，應保留用於更新庫存或預訂的現有邏輯。
- InventoryUpdate RTU：對您的系統或 Actions Center 系統上的版位變更所做的任何更新，皆應觸發 InventoryUpdate RTU，以通知我們時段的異動。

BookingNotification RTU：針對系統或 Actions Center 系統上的預訂任何更新 (例如修改時間或取消)，應觸發 BookingNotification RTU，以在預訂異動時收到通知。
- 如果使用者沒有付款給商家/合作夥伴，請傳送取消 RTU。Actions Center 會傳送取消電子郵件。
- 服務 RTU：如果您目前透過 Service RTU 更新服務，且如要更新線上服務，請務必加入適當的線上服務欄位。
電子郵件
根據預設，當使用者在 Actions Center 平台進行交易時，Actions Center 就會傳送標準的預訂確認、修改和取消電子郵件。
合作夥伴應另外透過不同的電子郵件將會議詳細資料、付款資料和取消政策資訊傳送給使用者。你也可以選擇在預約或上課前傳送電子郵件提醒。 請參閱政策文件，確保您符合虛擬課程的電子郵件政策。
