Report a problem or get help

You can report issues and ask questions on the zero-touch community discussion board. Include as much relevant information as possible, attach screenshots if they help explain a problem, and remember to include your Google Account email address.

If you're using the reseller or customer APIs, include samples of HTTP headers for the request and response connections. Also include the JSON body for requests and responses. Redact personally identifiable information (PII) and authorization tokens from your samples before sending them.

Suggest improvements or report bugs by following the steps below. If you're sending feedback about the portal and want to include a screenshot, navigate to the page in the portal before you send feedback.

  1. Open the portal. You might need to sign in.
  2. Click feedback Send feedback.
  3. Enter your feedback comments in the text area.
  4. Click Send.
