مدیریت دوره ها

یک منبع Course نشان دهنده یک کلاس مانند "MATH 127" است. این منبع شامل فیلدهایی مانند name ، ownerId و courseState است. منبع Course منبع والد بسیاری از منابع دیگر Classroom API است.

ایجاد یک دوره

شما می‌توانید با استفاده از متد courses.create() یک دوره آموزشی ایجاد کنید. هنگام ایجاد یک دوره آموزشی، برخی از فیلدها مانند name و ownerId الزامی هستند. می‌توانید به صورت اختیاری فراداده‌هایی مانند description ، section یا room را اضافه کنید.

به هر دوره توسط Classroom یک شناسه منحصر به فرد اختصاص داده می‌شود. همچنین می‌توان با استفاده از یک نام مستعار به دوره‌ها ارجاع داد. برای اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد افزودن نام‌های مستعار در محدوده پروژه و دامنه به دوره‌ها، به راهنمای مدیریت نام‌های مستعار مراجعه کنید.

نکات زیر هنگام ایجاد دوره‌ها با استفاده از Classroom API مفید هستند:

• با تنظیم فیلد id دوره، یک نام مستعار ایجاد کنید :

  • توصیه می‌شود که یک نام مستعار به دوره اضافه کنید. هنگام ایجاد یک Course ، می‌توانید نام مستعار را در فیلد id مشخص کنید. این کار به طور خودکار یک نام مستعار برای دوره ایجاد می‌کند. همچنین می‌توانید با استفاده از متد courses.aliases.create() یک نام مستعار برای یک دوره اضافه کنید.
  • به خاطر داشته باشید که هنگام خواندن داده‌های دوره با استفاده از متد courses.get() یا courses.list() ، فیلد id ، شناسه اختصاص داده شده توسط Classroom را برمی‌گرداند. می‌توانید با ارسال درخواست به متد courses.aliases.list() لیستی از نام‌های مستعار برای یک دوره را بازیابی کنید.

• فقط مدیران دامنه می‌توانند از طرف سایر کاربران در دامنه خود دوره ایجاد کنند : هر کاربر دیگری در صورت مشخص کردن کاربری غیر از خود در فیلد ownerId خطای 403 دریافت می‌کند.

• اگر فیلد courseState مشخص نشده باشد، به طور پیش‌فرض روی PROVISIONED تنظیم شده است : اگر دوره در حالت PROVISIONED باشد، معلمی که در فیلد ownerId مشخص شده است باید کلاس را در رابط کاربری Classroom بپذیرد یا دوره باید از طریق API به‌روزرسانی شود تا courseState به ACTIVE تغییر کند. دوره‌های ACTIVE برای دانش‌آموزان در دسترس هستند.

• حساب‌های کاربری ( *@gmail.com ) نمی‌توانند در حالت ACTIVE دوره ایجاد کنند: درخواست‌ها برای انجام این کار، خطای 403: PERMISSION_DENIED را برمی‌گردانند.

به‌روزرسانی مالک دوره

مدیران دامنه می‌توانند از متد courses.patch() برای به‌روزرسانی فیلد ownerId و انتقال مالکیت یک دوره به یک معلم جدید در دامنه خود استفاده کنند. اگر معلم جدید از قبل معلم مشترک نیست، قبل از به‌روزرسانی فیلد ownerId ، درخواستی به متد teachers.create() ارسال کنید تا آنها را به دوره اضافه کند.
