טיפול בשגיאות

במדריך הזה מוסבר איך לנהל שגיאות שמתרחשות כשמריצים שלב בזרימת עבודה. אתם יכולים לציין אם שלב שנכשל דורש פעולה מצד המשתמש כדי לפתור את הבעיה, או אם אפשר לנסות אותו שוב.

  • החזרת שגיאה שניתן לבצע פעולה בעקבותיה: מוסיפים לחצן ליומן השגיאות שמפנה את המשתמש לכרטיס ההגדרות של השלב, כדי שיוכל לשנות את הקלט שלו ולפתור את השגיאה. כדי לסמן שגיאה ככזו שניתן לבצע לגביה פעולה, מחזירים את הערך AddOnsResponseService.ErrorActionability.ACTIONABLE. כדי לסמן שגיאה ככזו שלא ניתן לבצע לגביה פעולה, מחזירים את הערך AddOnsResponseService.ErrorActionability.NOT_ACTIONABLE.
  • ניסיון חוזר להפעיל את השלב אחרי שגיאה: התהליך מנסה להפעיל את השלב שוב עד 5 פעמים לפני שהוא נעצר. כדי לסמן שגיאה כשגיאה שאפשר לנסות שוב, מחזירים את הערך AddOnsResponseService.ErrorRetryability.RETRYABLE. כדי לסמן שגיאה שלא ניתן לנסות שוב, מחזירים את הערך AddOnsResponseService.ErrorRetryability.NOT_RETRYABLE.

אפשר גם ליצור יומני שגיאות בהתאמה אישית עם צ'יפים, היפר-קישורים וטקסט עם סגנון, כדי לספק למשתמשים הקשר מפורט יותר לגבי השגיאה.

החזרת שגיאה שמאפשרת נקיטת פעולה

בדוגמה הבאה נוצר שלב שבו המשתמש מתבקש להזין מספר שלילי. אם המשתמש מזין מספר חיובי, השלב מחזיר שגיאה שדורשת פעולה, ומנחה את המשתמש לתקן את הקלט.
