Project description
https://github.com/cytoscape/cytoscape-tutorials/wiki 上的教學課程很棒，但大多是使用 GUI，並未在 Python 或 R 中自動化。
我會盡可能以 Python 和 R 撰寫 Cytoscape 教學課程的內容，並且讓 Jupyter 筆記本和 R Markdown 圖庫網站。

為維持新內容的一致性，我會使用 CI 服務和 https://github.com/cytoscape/docker-cytoscape-desktop (即自動執行 Jupyter Notebook 和 R Markdown)。
